This is a Claude skill that, after the assistant gives a substantive answer such as advice, a drafted document, an estimate, an analysis, a factual claim, or a multi-step argument, appends two or three short follow-up questions tied to specifics in that answer before the reply is finalized. The questions are meant to help the user verify facts, examine the reasoning or assumptions behind the answer, and notice any context the answer had to assume. The skill file specifies that this should happen at most once per conversation and lists many situations where it should be skipped, such as trivial lookups, purely educational explanations, creative writing, code the user will run, cases where the user supplied the source material, or cases where the user already asked for verification or a quick answer. It also gives an exact output format: a fixed lead-in line followed by plain-text bullet questions, with nothing added afterward.
