This skill helps Claude produce internal workplace communications in formats a company commonly uses. The workflow is to first identify which type of communication is being requested, then load a matching guideline file from an examples folder covering 3P updates, newsletters, FAQ answers, or a general-purpose template for anything else. Each guideline file supplies specific instructions on structure, tone, and what content to gather. If the requested communication type has no matching guideline, the skill instructs Claude to ask the user for clarification instead of guessing.
