Version changes are listed only for items that state a version. For Claude Code plugins, we check the version in the manifest (plugin.json), falling back to the official marketplace listing if none is stated; for Codex plugins, the version in the manifest (plugin.json). Claude Code skills don't state a version, so changes to their content (SKILL.md) or description are listed as updates instead. For anything without a version, each page also shows when the source was last updated under "Source (GitHub) last updated". See the list of Claude Code plugins without a stated version (36) and why.
